world cup weirdness

a miracle has just happened for portugal and france.

by now everyone knows that portugal has won england (by penalties no less) and france has defeated brazil yet again (okok admitedly the henry goal was superb)

england should have won portugal easily. and they would have if stupid rooney didnt get sent off. rooney whyyyyyyy. this is so deja vu of the 98 world cup where beckham got sent off. knnbccb. and the pple who were supposed to score their penalties had theirs saved. (gerrard n lampard nooo)

brazil... sighs brazil just got outplayed by a french which is soo failed to impress in the group stages. and brazil with all their superstars couldnt put 1 in. but france seriously deserved to win that.

Germany had better win the world cup now. if not..

and now beckham steps down as english captain. whos next? my bet is that its either neville or gerrard.
